Following the Government’s announcement on Saturday 31st October regarding the lockdown in England (from midnight on 04.11.20), we wanted to reassure our clients that we are still able to provide our services and remind you of our current Covid Safe practices.
The BVA and RCVS have issued guidance which reassures us that we are able to continue to provide all essential and non-urgent services providing that social distancing and safe working can be maintained
This means that we can continue to operate safely using our current working practices.
- Clients at Penwortham will remain in the carpark. Please wear a face covering when speaking with a member of staff
- Staff will remain at 2 metres distance from clients where possible
- Where clients are allowed into the premises (exceptional circumstances are in the branches and during some euthanasia’s and hydrotherapies) we ask that both staff and clients wear face coverings and remain at least 1 metre apart, but preferably 2 metres
We are delighted to be able to continue offering our services and want to wish you all well during these unprecedented times. Stay safe and well
